Audi's big SUV gets refreshed styling, with LED running lights up front, all-LED taillights out back, new bumpers and more chrome. Inside, the Q7 gets "premium cricket" leather (please tell me it's not made from real crickets!) and a new version of Audi's Multimedia Interface (MMI) and navigation system. Audi says the new nav system will respond to commands like "I'm hungry," "I need gas," and "I need coffee."
